Dr. Rafiy graduated from Binghamton University with honors in 1984. He acquired his MD degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn in 1988. He completed his 5 year Orthopedic Surgery residency training at the Albert Einstein / Bronx Lebanon Medical Center in 1993. He completed two Orthopedics Surgery fellowships; An Orthopedic Surgery Trauma fellowship at kantonspittal hospital Basel, Switzerland in 1993 and Spine Surgery fellowship at Tampa General Hospital in 1994.
Dr Rafiy is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College.
